The AML-2030 remote monitoring and quality control instrument for pollution source exhaust gas (hereinafter referred to as the quality control instrument) is a supervisory testing system on-site equipment that can perform quality control, real-time verification and comparison, regular calibration, periodic verification, simple fault diagnosis, and technical indicator sampling on the continuous monitoring system of fixed pollution source exhaust gas through standard gas.

The quality control monitoring platform sends commands to the on-site quality control instrument. After receiving the corresponding command, the on-site quality control instrument interprets the meaning expressed by the command, switches the valve according to the specific command requirements, and sends the standard gas with the required concentration or automatically configured required concentration into the sampling channel of the fixed pollution source exhaust gas continuous monitoring system. The inlet of the standard gas entering the sampling channel can be the proximal inlet or the distal inlet on the chimney; The standard gas generated by the quality control instrument flows through the sampling channel and enters the fixed pollution source exhaust gas continuous monitoring equipment for testing and measurement; After the testing and measurement are completed, the on-site quality control instrument reads the measurement data results, stores relevant information locally, and sends comprehensive information to the remote quality control instrument supervision platform. System composition:
The AML-2030 pollution source exhaust gas remote monitoring quality control instrument consists of a quality control instrument supervision platform and an on-site quality control instrument. The quality control monitoring platform remotely operates the on-site quality control instrument through the network to generate a certain concentration of standard gas or zero gas and deliver it to the online smoke monitoring equipment. The on-site quality control instrument collects real-time monitoring data from the online instrument, compares and analyzes it with the concentration of the standard gas, determines its accuracy, and obtains evidence, and uploads the results to the environmental protection department.
